Lookbook of the Week for Men and What I Have been Up To

Hey Everyone! Happy New Month, Yaay it's September. It's great to be back from a much needed social media sabbatical. Now I'm done with my law programme at the University, I've been doing a lot of research, self empowerment and personal development, planning and organising, travelling.
I God all the glory and honour for everything.

Here are some inspirations I've been grateful to come across.

Pulling off this colour takes a lot of guts, and they did it with leather! Berluti really tried. Keep scrolling, I have some other amazing inspirational menswear by Berluti and a few other designers(but mainly Berluti).

Navy blue has a way of making men stand out. One of these days, try ditching black for for navy blue. You look good(masculine good), and will definitely get some feminine attention, depending on how you package yourself and accessorise. This is another look by Berluti

Another navy blue look to buttress the above. The following inspirations looks are all by Berluti.
Tip: You should seriously check out their page, I was totally blown away by what they have. I now confess, that at first I belittled them, but they have a special place in my heart. They have been around since 1895, and are based in Paris on Rue Marbeuf. I definitely recommend that you check them out. You won't regret it, as your friend, I give you my word.

You can tell that this pretty much is a laid back look, by the trouser cutting. This is definitely a fun look. One you wear when you don't want to come off as too dressy, or too laid back.

I absolutely looove this beard look. It's a perfect afternoon look.
This summer I fell neck deep in love with the colour White.
I even bought two pairs of white sandals, and I'm almost done convincing myself to wear a pair of jeans I got from 4 years ago. I feel bad I haven't worn them yet (they were a bit tight, now they're slightly baggy).

These other looks are not designed by Berluti. They are from other designers whom I will leave their names and links to.

The coat of this look by Louis Vuitton reminds me of a Pyjamas long dress coat my parents used to have... I have mixed feelings about this coat. Asides that, the colour of the suit, the bag, shoes and how they used a scarf instead of a conventional tie are wonderful.

This is a similar look but different in the packaging and accessories.
Lol, okay.... no more whites..for now. By the way, this look is by Spencer Hart.

This suited look is definitely a Sunday Best. That walking stick/cane.... swoon
If you want to get this look or choose from a wider collection, check out Hackett London

Roberto Cavalli lives up to their brand with this effortless Sunday look.

Thank you so much for coming by the blog and for staying around. I sincerely appreciate your time and kindness. Expect to new things.
Guys, remember you must not copy these exact looks if you don't want to. You are to draw inspiration from them. Please, if you have any suggestions for the blog, I will appreciate it if you comment below.
Have a lovely day.

Happy New Month,
Your Friend.

    1. There's an undeniable appeal bearded men who know how to groom themselves give, (there are of course, exceptions. A LOT of exceptions).

  3. What a great selection of inspirational looks and you`re so right about not copying them, not everyone is able to do this though that`s why we see lots of copycats.
