Design and distribute flyers, make posters and paste them in conspicuous places. In some places you need a permit to post stuff, make sure to do the necessary before you paste your flyers there.
If you are a student, you might consider posting your flyer on your notice board.
You can even distribute them in buses, bus terminals, rickshaws, you get the point.
